The multi-pronged approach certainly does help to get the word out to many interested in mountain bike racing. However, at several of our race events this year, people would stop by and ask what was going on and asked how they could find out about mountain bike racing in Iowa.
I guess that means in our state of Iowa with a population of 3.1 Million, we still have work to do using various forms of media to reach deeper into the potential Iowa base of mountain bikers! Look for some focused, additional new media efforts in 2016.
